"A ghost camping with dubious hygiene"

Camping Les Coquettes is located 400 meters from the beach and this is the only positive point. For the rest, the campsite is of poor quality: the home is almost never open, the toilets are in poor condition and dirty. The pool picks up the palm: empty pediluvium, shower input HS, no monitoring to ask users to take showers or children not to eat in the pool. In addition to a build-up of sand, there are all sorts of crap (chips, bandages, even a crayfish!) ... In short, it leaves much to be desired!

The 3-star campsite Les Coquettes awaits you in the heart of the island of Oléron, in the municipality of Saint-Georges-d'Oléron, in the Charente-Maritime department, in the Aquitaine region, on its quiet and relaxing located 300 meters from the beach of Sables Vignier, accessible directly on foot.

In this family campsite with direct access to the beach, you can stay in fully equipped mobile homes for 4 people or club chalets for up to 5 holidaymakers or else install your tents, motorhomes and caravans on pitches semi-shaded, edged with water and electrical connections.

To keep you entertained and relaxed during your stay, you can enjoy a heated outdoor pool with a paddling pool for the youngest, a secure play area for cabbage, bicycles for rent and several petanque courts.

On the food side, you will be able to use the grocery store, the restaurant and the snack bar of the Gros Joncs campsite, just 300 meters from your holiday site, as well as of course the local markets and shops.

NB: the campsite accepts the good VACAF and offers on-site ticketing service for sites not to be missed in the area: the zoo Palmyre, aquarium La Rochelle, etc.

From this campsite on a human scale and with a warm welcome, practice cycling through the great cycling network of the island, fishing and sliding sports through the many beaches around, head for Fort Boyard by boarding one of the many maritime shuttles and get plenty of fresh air for the year!
