Know-All-About-Camping

Camping La Maurie is located on the Ile d'Oleron, in vineyards where the calm of the countryside reigns. This family campsite is less than 3km from the beach and near the village of St Georges.

At the campsite La Maurie, holidaymakers will enjoy a large swimming pool with rounded edges, surrounded by sunbeds to alternate between swimming and relaxation in the sun. A paddling pool is present for the pleasure and safety of the little ones. It has a mushroom sprinkler and a small water slide. The depth of the paddling pool is 35cm. Holidaymakers can play mini-golf with the family, but also ping-pong and pétanque parties. Children will enjoy the playground with slide, spring games and swings.

To the delight of all, the team of the campsite organizes entertainment for the whole family with a free concert every week, clown shows and games of lotto. Once a week, a large group meal is organized as well as a dance party with DJ. The whole family can enjoy a crazy atmosphere and party by the pool. A children's club is in charge of offering the youngest children fun activities with many creative workshops and group games.

Some holidaymakers prefer to rent a mobile home for their family stay. Depending on the needs, several models are proposed. The mobile home plus comfort for example has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate 6 to 8 people on a surface of 29m2. It consists of a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom with shower, separate toilet, three bedrooms and a covered terrace with garden furniture, all in a wooded setting.
