The campsite Campiotel des Dunes is located on the Ile de Ré, on the edge of the forest near the most beautiful beaches of the island. This 4-star establishment will provide all the services and all the necessary comfort for a pleasant stay.
The campsite offers its guests to enjoy a beautiful heated outdoor pool, accompanied by a terrace with deckchairs for moments of relaxation. The little ones will enjoy the paddling pool for them so they can play in very shallow water. In high season it is possible to participate in aqua-activities, aquabike and water aerobics. A playground is present on the campsite as well as a ping-pong table and a petanque field. A bike rental service will invite those who wish to explore the surrounding area and enjoy more than 100km of cycle paths. The different circuits allow to discover the island and its landscapes which vary between littoral, forest and swamps. The village of Ars en Ré and its center are accessible with its beaches, its tennis courts, its mini-golf and its nautical center.
The team of the campsite proposes in the high season a whole range of animations with themed evenings, dances and family animations. In front of the campsite, the whole family can enjoy the small stables of the marsh.
The campsite Campiotel des Dunes obviously offers pitches but also equipped mobile homes. These last ones have all the necessary comfort to pass a pleasant stay in family or in love. The mobile homes are composed of several rooms including bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom with shower, separate toilet and a living room. A terrace completes the whole while allowing to spend pleasant moments there, either at breakfast or in the evening during the aperitif.
In the center of La Rochelle is one of the largest aquariums in Europe, gathering nearly 12,000 marine animals that will amaze young and old alike. The campsite is also not far from Puy-du-Fou, voted the best park in the world which offers spectacular shows to discover with the family. It is also possible to make cruises to admire the famous Fort Boyard.
