Camping Le Mousca

Camping Le Mousca is one of the closest establishments to the most beautiful natural site in the Pyrenees: the Cirque de Gavarnie. The latter is accessible in 10 minutes, so say that at 1000 meters altitude you will stay in a beautiful environment with streams and rocky peaks in neighbors.

Take a seat with your tent, caravan or camper among one of 48 flat and grassy pitches with shade or sun, you will choose at your convenience. The pitch is open from July 1st to August 31st.

Throughout the year rentals are available. Mobile homes welcome you for a comfortable stay. Fully equipped kitchen, private terrace with garden furniture, toilets with separate toilets, you will have only your suitcases to provide.

The toilets have toilets, showers, sinks, bins and washing machine. The campsite has wifi, provides a freezer for your ice cream and gives you advice on visits on request.

Sports enthusiasts will enjoy the ping-pong table and the petanque court.

A 5-minute walk on a path, the typical village of Gèdre has a swimming pool with slide and ice rink. A grocery store is open 7 days a week for your purchases. Remember to visit the water mills and the discovery museum that the town offers.

At the end of the valley takes place the circus of Gavarnie not to be missed with the largest waterfall in Europe. This Pyrenean site is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. There is also the circus Troumousse less frequented. The region is not lacking cultural and sporting activities: climbing, via-ferrata, hiking, bob sledging, tennis, museum Millaris, canyoning, chapels, mills ...
