Camping la Récré - Le Village Loisirs

When I arrived at the campsite I was delighted for our stay of 5 days, well located, pretty site, nice location, more or less clean saw the shards of beer bottle that were hanging on the ground for two days (attention to children) => on We explained that all the camping was reserved for students (so big big party at night) who came to make a boat race, but the places can be clean for other guests !!! (and I'm not talking about the smell!) Result => 3 hours of household later (21H), and still that was not enough but I gave up before; it was out of the question for the children to sleep in such filth (my daughter having a gastro at that time, in addition), so they went to my mother who lives at 15 MIN (thankfully). To finish => first night passed we had the cockroach, 2 nd night (always without children), woke up at midnight by the neighbors and their party until 3-4 o'clock in the morning, And rebelote the next morning no hot water for the shower !! it was too much we still paid 240 euros to have something correct !! I warned those responsible at 10am of the problem, 11h40 always nobody, my husband goes to the reception, indicates that we wish to leave and be compensated; Apparently in this campsite everyone is responsible but no one makes a decision, the person of the home makes a family council (he had to consult his cousin to make a decision !! lol, while he said himself proprio) , 12H still nobody and there I RE Moves (we have leaded 2 days of vacation because of incompetents !!!) because ras the bowl to wait, we had to make us a restaurant, the children were waiting for us LA GALERE !!, I find a new head that says "ah bin I did not know that the problem was urgent" (no hot water for 2 days!), "Yes, but I have an appointment" pati patata, and assure me that it will happen !! 10 min later person !! In the end => the famous cousin proprio arrives, asks us what's going on (as if she was not aware!), We tell her our misery and saved her, she offers to pay us half of stay => 112 euros, look for the problem ?! (obviously without commercial gesture and telling us that it was exeptionnel! No but LOL and re LOL)! we were so happy to leave this hole, that in 10 min the luggage was curly and everyone was climbed in the car! OOOOOOOOOOUUUUUUUUUUFFFFFF The pool or water park was closed but seemed to be old and need to be restored despite the great pictures on the flyers! The reception: very charming people, all, despite their head of misunderstanding when told about their rental, would there be we who have seen the condition of the cottage, SURPRENANT for professionals! AH yes I was going to forget, pay attention also to the sites that rub the amusement park if you do not want to be disturbed by shouts from 11H.
