Camping La Dranse

In the heart of the Auvergne-Rhone-Alps region, in Haute-Savoie, the Campéole La Dranse 3-star campsite lies along Lake Geneva in Thonon-les-Bains, at the foot of the Dranse Nature Reserve.

In this camp-site of edge of lake, you will be able to reside in canvas bungalows able to accomodate 4 or 6 people, equipped with two rooms, a stay with tidying up, of a corner cooks equipped notably of coffee maker, fridge-freezer and plate of cooking as well as a garden furniture. These accommodations have neither sanitary nor water supply. You can also sit with your tents, caravans and camper on bare pitches or on the motorhome area, all connected to electricity.

In this haven of greenery and water, the little ones will be able to benefit from the playground or the children's club for the 6-12 years, the teenagers to invest the room of activities put at their disposal, while the biggest ones can go on a stroll on the beaches or alpine trails and discover the local treasures, accompanied by a guide. Everyone will be able to meet in the barbecue area, at the library or on the many sports fields and have fun during the various events scheduled in July and August.

Close to the site, you can practice rafting (base 200 meters), tennis (short 500 meters), swimming (swimming pool 1000 meters) and a few kilometers away, paragliding and climbing.

From the campsite La Dranse, do not miss, at the heart of Thonon-les-Bains, the Montjoux festival, where early July world music and French song are mixed, The Fondus du Macadam, a must-see festival of street art for lovers of old stones, the castle of Ripaille and its treasures!
