"Camping to avoid with a group"

The campsite Montaña Roja - El Médano is located ... Our mobile home was very small, not at all what was said for the reservation. The fridge was tiny, especially when you have to store enough food for 30. The pool or water park was tiny, a big garden pool. The welcome on the campsite was catastrophic, I made the reservation and the payment in full and yet when we arrived he had no reservation in our name. They made us spend more than 2 hours at the reception. The animations were non-existent. The kids club was non-existent. There is a playground they sell on their site but in reality it does not look like much. Very disapointed!
