Camping Les Montets

The campsite Les Montets is located at 1300 m altitude in the Chamonix valley 5 km from the Swiss border. A typical chalet, built by the owners, gives an authentic aspect, free from the luxury of Chamonix, which will mark your stay.

A flat and perfectly draining ground awaits you to install your tent or caravan. A large meadow without delimitation will be ideal to ask you and especially to rest after beautiful hikes. It has room so you do not need to book, sanitary facilities are provided for 200 people so you will not wait to take a good hot shower.

On site, in the chalet, there is a refreshment bar that offers drinks and ice cream during the day and a breakfast formula every morning, it is important to have a good meal in the morning to gain altitude during your excursions. In the evening pizzas are made in a caravan of 1958.

To stay here you will have to pay a tourist tax that gives you access to the "host card" to benefit from free transport between Chamonix, Servoz and Vallorcine. Let yourself be driven, it's more relaxing and more ecological!

The mountainous region is conducive to beautiful walks. In the surroundings you will find many marked trails that will make you discover breathtaking panoramas. At 15 km is the city of Chamonix known for its luxury shops and cable car climbing to the Aiguille du Midi. At 5 km Switzerland opens its pastures and its typical villages.
