In the Haut-Rhin in the Grand Est region, the campsite Le Schlossberg in Kruth, nestled in the Thur valley in the heart of the Regional Natural Park of Ballons des Vosges and located close to Lake Kruth-Wildenstein, offers a stay active or relaxing in nature.
In this green campsite at the foot of the Grand-Ventron Nature Reserve, you can stay in comfortable cabins with covered terrace that can accommodate 4 to 6 people. Tents, caravans and motorhomes will be received on spacious and shaded sites, with access to an electrical connection.
On site, you can enjoy a quiet and friendly atmosphere, a restaurant with outdoor terrace where you can consume on site or buy different takeaway and a playground for children with slides, swings and other playful structures.
This campsite in the ideal situation, between lake and mountain, you will have access to many sports and leisure activities nearby. Pedalo, fishing and swimming will be all possible distractions on the lake. Lovers of hiking or cycling will be thrilled with the 400 km of marked trails accessible from the campsite. A hook-and-branch park will welcome the most adventurous of you. Finally sports fans in the air can practice paragliding and hang gliding in the heart of the Vosges mountains.
From the campsite, enjoy in winter, a few kilometers away, the slopes of the Hautes-Vosges of Alsace for moments of pure sliding sports with family or friends, access the summit of the Grand Ballon to admire the breathtaking view of the valley of Thur, and for vacationers lacking urbanity, visit Colmar and its famous canals.
