Camping Le Pontet

The campsite Le Pontet is 500m from the center of Saint-Astier and offers an ideal starting point for many hikes and activities in the countryside. Its 5-hectare park is bordered by the Isle River.

On site, camping Le Pontet, vacationers will enjoy a heated outdoor pool 5x10m, in an open space overlooking the trees nearby. A paddling pool accompanies the main pool so that small children can also have fun and enjoy the aquatic pleasures. Swimming is not the only activity available at Le Pontet campsite. Indeed, young and old will have fun on the mini golf or the beach volleyball court. A bowling green is also present for the petanque lovers. Children can have fun on the playground provided at the campsite and holidaymakers wishing to explore the surrounding area can take advantage of the bicycle rental service. The proximity of the river makes it possible to fish, swim or dams.

The campsite Le Pontet offers 150 pitches in a haven of peace. These sites are spacious and can be shaded, semi-shaded or sunny. Electrical connections are present as well as a drain terminal and 2 sanitary blocks. Spending your stay in one of these locations will be closer to nature, in a lush undergrowth of vegetation. Mobile homes are available for rent, which can accommodate 4 to 8 people depending on the model and offering areas ranging from 22m² to 35m². They have bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen and a terrace with tables and chairs.

The campsite is located so that holidaymakers can go to discover the places and major cities of the Valley of the Isle in Périgord. Sites such as the Moulin de Duellas or the Botanical Park of the Château de Neuvic are to be discovered, as well as the Museum of Arts and Traditions of Périgord and even Saint-Astier, the small town with the big bell tower.
