Camping Le Merou

The campsite Le Mérou is a naturist center located in the forest at equidistance of Montauban, Rodez and Figeac. You will then be in the front row to visit Tarn-et-Garonne, Aveyron and Lot. You will appreciate its discreet and isolated side for a quiet holiday in the middle of nature.

Large sites of at least 130 m² await tent, caravan or camper in the middle of trees and hedges. Electricity is accessible and isolation is possible because you can choose to put your accommodation in the forest.

Safari and cottage tents are available for rent. The first accommodate up to 4 people in a large space of 25 m² with a veranda of 10 m². The chalets are designed for 4 people who will settle in 2 bedrooms, they have a fully equipped kitchen.

A snack bar offers ice cream, drinks and fresh bread. The owners, Bert and Mia, are table d'hôtes and offer different meals during the week, remember to book! The amenities are located 10 minutes by car in the town of Caylus which has 2 markets per week. For more specific things it will take a half-hour drive to Villefranche-de-Rouergue.

The establishment is at the convergence of 3 departments known for magnificent tourist sites so do not miss: Saint-Cirq-Lapopie, the meanders of the Lot and Aveyron, Najac, the castles (including that of Queen Margot), Penne, Figeac, Rodez, the forests, the Quercy massif, Montauban and a little further Toulouse.
