The campsite Le Grand Bois is located in the Drôme between Bourdeaux and Dieulefit and has existed since 1780 when it was already an inn in the hills. Today, guest houses and campsites have taken over but have retained the beauty of a preserved nature.

An outdoor swimming pool is at the disposal of holidaymakers, in a green setting. Deck chairs are located on the beach by the pool. Right next to the pool area, children can have fun on the playground with hut and slide. Near the campsite, the natural setting allows to practice a wide range of outdoor activities as varied as each other since it will be possible to go horseback riding, kayaking, climbing or ink paragliding . Cycling enthusiasts will enjoy 3000km of trails that cross a majestic and changing landscape. It will also be possible to go canyoning, via ferrata, trailrunning, mountaineering, quad biking and even paintball. Children will be delighted to visit the Butterfly Farm, Crocodile Farm, Bird Garden, Tropical Aquarium at Allex and so many other zoos and adventure parks.

The campsite Le Grand Bois has a spacious plot at 650m altitude. The camping pitches can accommodate tents, caravans or motorhomes. Most of the sites are shaded, in the middle of the forest and are delimited by trees and bushes. Equipped and equipped tents are available for rent. Vacationers can also choose to spend their stay in a bed and breakfast, a caravan or a cottage in order to enjoy maximum comfort with the family. It will be possible to stay at the Grand Bois at a low price since good VACAF are accepted.

The Drôme has a rich historical and cultural heritage that will delight vacationers in search of discoveries. Indeed, those wishing to do some sightseeing can discover various castles, the church of Comps, the chapel of Crupies, the Museum of the Resistance in Vassieux or the museum of the Alambic in Saint Désirat. Many other historical sites and museums are present not far from the campsite Le Grand Bois.
