Camping Le Douzou

The 3-star campsite Le Douzou, located in Bouzic, in the department of Dordogne in New Aquitaine, offers a stay of full nature in the heart of a preserved natural site and at the edge of the river Céou.

In this pedestrian campsite, you can stay in fully equipped mobile homes for 4 to 8 people, flanked by a semi-covered terrace with umbrella and garden furniture or tents comfortable lodges with sheltered terrace and furnished. To install your tents, motorhomes and caravans, you will be able to have delimited, shaded or sunny sites, on the parcels in terrace or at the edge of the river, with or without access to electricity.

Sports and leisure level, you can enjoy a large heated swimming pool with paddling pool, a bowling alley, football, basketball and volleyball courts, a table tennis, a table football, a Playground for children and a living area with billiards, television, board games and library area. A landscaped area by the river will be the ideal place to cool off in the water, bask in the sun and go on a canoe-kayak ride, loaned free of charge.

In high season, the campsite offers many activities for everyone like themed meals every Thursday evening and many games and sports tournaments.

To restore you, you will find at the reception a bread and a small grocery store with local products and in season a snack bar, with covered and uncovered terrace, including small dishes and ice cream.

From this campsite in the Périgord Noir, stroll on the Bouzic market, present on Tuesday evenings in July and August, to taste the famous local specialties and take the green cycle lane and many hiking trails to discover the natural and architectural treasures of surroundings such as the Lascaux Caves or the beautiful medieval city of Sarlat!
