Domaine du Val de Seine is a quiet and relaxing residence overlooking the Seine and close to Paris, the Castles of Fontainebleau and Vaux Le Vicomte, as well as Disneyland Paris.For the more sporting, nearby (with supplement): a nautical base will allow them to practice either water skiing, rowing or windsurfing or even a trekking in the trees with a black slope! The shops (supermarket, pharmacy, bank, ...) are located in St Fargeau Ponthierry, between 2 and 3 km.The residence offers a fenced area (free parking), and a park of 19 hectares with table tennis and fitness trail, golf practice and mini golf. At your disposal also: bar and space- restoration.The residence consists of 68 cottages, and 39 apartments 'premium' or 'comforts', and some 'cottages'. All the accommodations are scattered in adequacy with the landscape.
