Ideal location at the crossroads of Queyras Park, Ecrins, Val d'Escreins and Embrun Valley) to enjoy and discover all activities related to the mountain (hiking, via ferrata, paragliding, mountain biking, cycling, white water sports ....) A very good team welcome and good advice for our 15 days of vacation with friends in June 2012. Camping very nice, great maintenance sanitary. Tennis and heated swimming pool accessible from the campsite (good for children) + Ready electric bikes to discover the region otherwise.

Camping La Rochette is located in the Southern Alps in the Queyras Regional Park. We stayed here for a week in August 2012 and it really feels good to get some fresh air in a good campsite. Excellent hospitality and very good camping. In addition full of things to do. There is the swimming pool next to the campsite, the village of Guillestre where there is not very far and all that can offer the mountain: walk, canoe, hydrospeed, ... In short a treat this holiday!

Know-All-About-Camping

The campsite La Rochette is located in Guillestre in the Haute-Alpes.

The campsite has 190 shaded or semi-shaded pitches, delimited between them and well maintained. Modern toilets present and are accessible to people with reduced mobility. Hot water is provided 24 hours a day. Guests may also take advantage of a washing machine, tumble dryer and an ironing area. A grocery store provides a constant stock of fresh bread, pastries, drinks, wine and convenience products. In the campsite, holidaymakers will also find a telephone booth.

Activities are also at the rendezvous. Indeed, the whole family will be able to benefit from the ping-pong corner, the ground of volleyball of the ground of petanque. A table football and available to all and children will have fun on the playground equipped with swings and slide.

La Rochette campsite offers holidaymakers the possibility of renting rental accommodation, such as the ecolodge tent, for 4 to 6 people. They feature garden furniture, a fridge, microwave, hob and furniture. The dishes are provided and it is possible to rent sheets and towels. Caravans are also available in summer, also planned for 4 to 6 people. The kitchen of the caravan is equipped with everything necessary.

The campsite is 10 minutes walk from the city center where there are restaurants, bars, organic shops, pharmacies etc. next to the campsite is the municipal swimming pool whose water is heated with the possibility of taking subscriptions of 6 or 10 days. A large number of hikes are passable in the Parc des Ecrins. Leisure centers are also nearby and invite the thrill-seekers to go on rafting, canoeing, hydrospeed or white water rafting. Gliding is also possible.
