This campsite is perfect for a family holiday. Children can make friends quickly and in the evening there is no problem of noise or noise in the evening. The accessibility to the pool and lake are perfect. The nice little slope to cross to go to the pool, bar, lake ... not always easy access especially with children or for pregnant women. But this is also part of the charm of camping. The cleanliness of the mobile home was very correct. There is nothing wrong with everything that is made available in the accommodation. The small downside we can submit is the proximity of different accommodations leaving no possibility for family intimacy. Everyone sees everyone in front, behind ... having a little more space would not be negligible.

Know-All-About-Camping

Camping du Garoustel is a very pleasant campsite of 6 ha, on the banks of the largest lake in Auvergne.

You can go directly to the beach and swim in the lake or in the heated swimming pool of the campsite, relax in the jacuzzi while children will indulge in the joys of water slide tobogganing.

In July and August, the days are punctuated by the kids club and teenager, sports meetings (tennis, beach volleyball, petanque, ping-pong ...), water aerobics and animated evenings (Loto, Karaoke, Disco, meal tme, cinema etc ...).

200 m from the campsite, on the beach of Rénac, multiple activities are also available: water sports, aquapark and tree climbing!

Lovers of hiking and history can stroll the mountains of Cantal and visit our medieval villages such as Salers, or discover in the neighboring departments, the Chasm of Padirac, Rocamadour, Conques and many more.
