Camping l'Hiriberria

The 3-star campsite L'Hiriberria, located in the department of Pyrénées-Atlantique in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region, welcomes you to Itxassou in the heart of the Basque Country, in a small corner of unspoilt nature surrounded by mountains.

In this green campsite, you can stay in chalets equipped for 4 to 6 holidaymakers or furnished mobile homes for 2 to 4 people, all including a TV and a covered or uncovered terrace with parasol, table and garden chairs. Only the mobile home POD does not have sanitary. You can also invest delimited pitches, shaded or in the sun, with access to electricity, with your tents, camper and caravans. A motorhome area and a car wash service are also available.

You will enjoy a large heated and covered swimming pool, a petanque, ping-pong and a playground for toddlers with slide, swing and small trampoline. On the restaurant side, you can enjoy pizzas and various dishes inside or on the terrace of the brewery open during the two months of the high season.

From the village located 700 meters away, you can go on guided hikes to discover typical local products such as sheep cheese, honey and pepper and admire the beautiful surrounding landscapes. In addition, be aware that in summer, the nearby villages offer many festive and traditional events.

Near the campsite, many other activities await you such as paragliding, gliding and water sports or mountain.

From this friendly campsite, do a little regenerating treatment at the spa resort of Cambo-les-Bains (3km), visit the Isturitz and Oxocelaya caves (10km) or return to the sandy beaches of the Atlantic Ocean (25 km)!
