We sell services but do not go to the end (ex wi fi but that does not exist, it does not matter for that, it's the holidays!) 1- Tent site (pebbles, no specified on the site, I am told that if no, no .... end of stay the carpet of the tent is full of holes.) 2- So saying a restaurant "gourmand" (which is not a restaurant because if we do not do not reserve before 18h it's dead ... .and mussels fries bah, it's frozen rubbery) 3- Welcome in high season that closes at 18:00. Wow, that's huge. (I do not ask for 22h but at least 20h is not bad) 4- Bar that is not a bar (no coke zero, no lemon, yes, yes! and the ice does not exist, I'm told that the drinks are in the fridge and that's enough) And I go on other anecdotes. 5- Loc barbecue in camping site. Everything jumps the first night !!! So impossible to barbecue for 10 days. We do not sell something knowing that they know that it will break with 10 A and that they do not tell me that we are the first to whom it happens. The manager called an electrician who came the day of our departure is 8 days later and still do not understand why he came to increase the amperage because all other locations are 10 A. 6- Toilet block: more than light from 8.30 in the morning in the box. We do not see each other in the mirror because it's shady. Impossible to light the neon box so for 10 days it's black ... 7- Evening entertainment: uh, well, there is none. Well, the site says that it is quiet (ok, we came for that) but on the website, it is well put animations in July and August. Okay !! for that means an evening in July and an evening in August. 8- I am challenged to find a 5-star campsite at the price I paid (via the director, bravo madam for your delicate answer) and well Madam, at this price I find a 3-star far better than your so called 5 stars. I did some camping and on it, there is no photo! 9- And I end the worst of the worst and well, we rented our 2nd part of the site for 4 days. And yes !! So, I ask that he refund me the price of the sublease of my site on 4 days (normal, I paid to have the whole site). Oh yes, they offered to come back to mobile home for me to test. No, no, I saw and I will not come back, especially since we never do the same area !! Conclusion: website that in my opinion is only FAKE. We felt that "the cash drawer" was open. The management is constantly justified and I thought to find something good by seeing the comments and opinions. Well, I still can not understand. I had to miss something! Finally, I do not believe because in talking with other people, we had the same speech on ancillary services. I will still say the positives: the staff is lovely and kind. The animator for the kids is really sweet and attentive. The field is very beautiful and calm. The potential is there but the ancillary services are nonexistent in this "camping". Pity !!! You should know that a 5-star campsite must have just pitches above 100 m2, that we must speak 3 languages, have a pool, and offer a service in addition to spa, sauna, hamman, etc. ... From there, it's ok. Here, we are very far from the 5 stars. First time I wanted to test a 5 * and well it's missed and I largely preferred a 3 star that has "real" benefits.
