Simple camping but with everything you need, beach 5 min walk, bar and restaurant with dishes to take away and village center 15 minutes walk. Our mobile home was new and clean, no worries.

The concern of this campsite, calm by itself, is too close to the campsite next door (one of the biggest in France I think). There was entertainment every night and until very late, so no need to think about resting the night before 00:00 or even 01:00 in the morning. A joke against the Hispanic community, very important in this campsite, who can not speak softly at night ... The good point: direct access to the beach. Regarding toilets, I found them rather clean but obviously: there is not enough, no hot water in the showers at peak hours (we had 2 times hot water in 1 week in there going later), these are not showers but karcher (pretty good for an adult to remove all the sand but not at all suitable for children ...). Average home, not very exciting.

I have nothing against the staff, but they should be given the technical means to clean: it is not with water that disinfects toilets or showers or any other dish or Laundry .. unless you do like that at home !! anyway people are dirty especially when they are not at home! as for the rest, I remain on my position: no security or hygiene.

Know-All-About-Camping

In Nouvelle-Aquitaine, in the Landes department, the 3-star campsite Albret Plage in Messanges offers to come and marry the pleasures of the forest and the joys of the ocean in a wooded area of 6 hectares, 5 minutes from a vast sandy beach of the Atlantic coast.

At this seaside campsite, you can stay comfortably in mobile homes or chalets that can accommodate between 2 and 6 people. These accommodations have all the necessary equipment to make you have a pleasant stay and include a TV and a garden for more relaxing moments. You can also occupy, with your motorhomes, tents and caravans, bare pitches, delimited and shaded by the pine forest, with or without access to an electrical connection.

To enhance your holiday, you will find many leisure facilities such as a bowling alley, table tennis, a playground for the youngest, a billiard table and a TV in the bar and a field multisports to practice basketball, volleyball or football. You will also be offered animations that will delight young and old.

On the food side, you will not be helpless since the campsite has, between mid-June and mid-September, a restaurant-bar with terrace and a grocery store with bread deposit.

Ideally located between the forest and the ocean, you can go for a bike ride along the many bike paths nearby or join the beach just a stone's throw away to bask in the sun, cool off in the surf or why not start surfing!

From this friendly campsite, go stroll on the daily summer markets of the cozy village of Vieux-Boucau 1km and for the more adventurous, head for the Pyrenees, the Basque Country or Spain!
