"Excellent"

le Fri. 26 April 2019

Very welcome, attentive staff, clean campsite and good location to visit the Camargue and Provence. We were there with family (2 adults and 2 children) and from Alsace. We knew after the fact that this campsite was taken a year ago by 2 sisters in a state of disrepair and frankly we did not find anything abnormal. Congratulations to the new owners and good luck.

"Go your way!"

le Sea. 24 Oct. 2018

We booked our site via the Tohapi website, two weeks in August 2018, arriving we were sent to the end of the campsite, to look for a "tent" Tohapi and get our keys. In fact half an hour waiting under the dodger, not pro at all. Fortunately the retirees who take care of the Tohapi rentals are very friendly. Then discovery of the mobile home and there, disappointment: old mobile home and glued to each other, little shade, crushed mosquitoes, nothing to do with the photo shown on the site. Table dented, doors that close badly, all the mosquito nets were almost broken. My son took the metal toilet paper reel on his foot at first use. The retirees came and did what they could, and confirmed our feelings about this campsite, and that we were not the only ones to complain. The mobile homes belong to Tohapi certainly, but the land belongs to the campsite and it is up to them to maintain it, but we clearly see the difference: the road is not tarred but dusty land, the only vegetation is not maintained and especially the anti-insect lamps are not cleaned (disgusting) so are almost no longer used. A mobile home not air conditioned by 40 ° outside is just unbearable, suffocating. We must learn. We have been devoured by mosquitoes, despite the many products carried because we are in the Camargue, but the impossible to do anything horrible, except to cover your head to the feet. The organization of evenings not professional at all, I was also shocked by the door of the room which was regularly open to ventilate, but which gave directly on the swimming pool, better not to lose sight of his children for a second! When it comes to daytime entertainment for children, there is not one, the only time my son wanted to go, for the Olympics, and it was noted that it was for his age group, we have waited the animator 20 minutes all that it throws us because the games would not be adapted to the age of my son. Friendly. The pools are nice and well suited to all ages (3 pools), shame because dirty, the water was cloudy the first days. Retirees confirmed it to us. The liner at the bottom comes off, the slabs around are in poor condition. Despite this, my son had fun in the pool and we tried to enjoy our stay (paid with our savings of the year), until we were limited in the presence of our children and in front of all the children. other campers for daring to give our opinion. We left after a week instead of two, vacation wasted, fortunately Tohapi has given us reason and refunded half of the stay (but voucher). And when I see your answers to those who have dared to express a negative opinion, going so far as to make fun of spelling mistakes, I tell myself that you really should change jobs! No commercial sense and no sympathy. To avoid absolutely !!

"NOT TERRIBLE !!!"

le Mon. 23 Jul. 2018

We spent two weeks of vacation at this family campsite. Overall, not terrible, poorly maintained. Poor animation, no atmosphere! The water of the swimming pools is very cloudy due to lack of filtration. Staff not very friendly especially at the restaurant. However, quite close to many cities such as Saint-Gilles, Arles and about 25 minutes from Saintes Maries de la Mer. And even if indeed, the staff of the campsite is not responsible, the mobile home Tohapi that we rented was super dirty! Do not want to go back ...
