Camping Bois de Gravière

Located 800 meters from the medieval village of Besse-et-Saint-Anastaise, in the department of Puy-de-Dôme, in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region, the 3-star campsite Bois de Gravière opens the doors of the Regional Natural Park of Auvergne volcanoes from its 4-hectare estate at 1000 m altitude on the southern flank of the Massif du Sancy, on the banks of the river Couze Pavin.

In this family campsite, you can stay in mobile homes for 4 to 6 people, chalets for 4, 5, 6 or from 9 tenants - one of which is suitable for PMR - or tent cloth for 4 vacationers, comfortable and perfectly equipped. You can install your motorhomes, tents and caravans on bare or stabilized sites, semi-shaded, with possible access to electricity. A service area for motorhomes is available.

To relax and unwind, you will find a wellness center including a jacuzzi, sauna and massage service, a games room, a library area, a bowling alley, a children's playground and a ping-pong table. .

In July and August, the campsite offers many activities such as zumba classes, guided walks, concerts, convivial meals where you can discover the Auvergne specialties and thematic evenings.

For dining, guests can enjoy a bar, a bread and pastry shop and a varied menu of homemade takeaways.

NB: Drying and storage rooms will undoubtedly delight ski enthusiasts!

From this warm campsite, go hiking to the Puy de Sancy, Lake Pavin or Chiloza Waterfalls, practice mountain biking, horseback riding and water sports lakes in summer and skiing galore in winter at the resort of Super Besse (7km) and get drunk on the surrounding water and greenery!
