Camping Naturéo

I have just returned from a fortnight camping tent !!! It's a disaster. Nuisance permanently! Sounds with the heat pumps of the swimming pool as well as the Seignosse golf course, the Tuesday night circus and the smell of horse dung after their passage on the car park, the noise of the animals at night, the petanque tournaments the Thursday without counting the guys who come to play petanque at 2:00 am (if it exists there! LOL). campers are parked and clumped at the end of the village and the plots are small to install a large family tent. So we stick the tents against each other. Evening entertainment is either for a retirement home or for younger children. Teens and 10-year-old children are bored (they are all parked at the entrance of the village until their evening is over!) (Even a dance party!) The toilets are in an ALGECO (deplorable for a 4 stars The sanitary blocks with the showers are far from the sites, the first week we had only cold water and the second there was a tail of 20 to 30 minutes to shower because the other toilet block Was recorded in hot water (super !!) The cold storage instructions are at the other end of the campsite.Every night you have to cross to get food to keep cool, we even went by car sometimes so much It's a bad location for us, it's very small, the camping pitches are littered with plastic and cigarette butts, and you can find water bottles or empty half-empty cans in the car park. trash like a jar of Nutella and plastic cutlery on the ground .... The first week the region went on alert orange, no one came to warn us. Campers from the other side of the world are not interested in anyone (except their wallet). Nobody was there the next morning to see if there was any damage while some people slept in their car and repacked their tent during the storm in the middle of the night. The famous "supermarket" where there are only organic and regional products overpriced (7 euros a roll of garbage bags). The washing machine on 4 or 5 machines only one works for the whole village (very convenient when you have children and that we share a fortnight!) If we look at the positives: apart from the pool which is beautiful, there are not any! We feel that the staff of the reception (which is very welcoming and friendly) remains powerless against all claims of campers. All this ruined our holidays! Fortunately, the region is beautiful! I find it unacceptable not to have been warned of the state of the plots and their situation in the village when I booked! On the flyer we can see the pretty wooden chalets but in no case the locations of the tents are deplorable (forcing it is not seller). Fifteen days for the modest sum of 720 euros for a 4 star while this camp does not even equate to a municipal campsite. I did 3 stars see less which was much better! Ps: The camp surf school is great, the instructors are very nice and efficient !!!!
